A taste of things to come as Jules Denel braves the storm

A couple of weeks ago Jules Denel (JP / NeilPryde) sailed a storm in Wissant, France, which is perfect preparation for the Red Bull Storm Chase with the Frenchman one of the ten nominees for the next installment.

Now the full video of Denel sailing Storm Nanette is available on line and it’s a perfect way to whet your appetite ahead of the next RBSC. Denel is well known for his fearless attitude and approach and throughout his latest film the 26-year-old rifles into several gravity defying jumps, while unleashing super aggressive cutbacks.

Jules Denel about Sea, Storm, Sun: "From the last Storm "Nanette" who visited our loving playground, Wissant. At the start of the day the gust wind was more than 160 km/h (85 knots), it was really hardcore sailing on 3.3m, good training for the Red Bull Storm Chase. But after the Storm the calm is always coming and this time it let me enjoy some really clean conditions that our home spot can offer. I hope you will like and share it.”
