Un Dia Grande

After his long association with Tabou and GA Sails, 2015 marks a new beginning for Alex Mussolini (RRD / RRD) after joining RRD this winter. After a disappointing start to 2014, which saw Mussolini finish 17th in Pozo, the Spaniard regained his composure and showed his undeniable class to claim four top ten in each of the last four events to finish the season in fifth place overall.

Now after a winter trip to Cape Town, South Africa, for the RRD photoshoot, Mussolini has returned home to Tenerife where he has already scored amazing conditions. You may have previously seen the clip of Adam Lewis (Fanatic / North) sailing Tenerife in 50 knots, well now its Mussolini’s turn to take centre stage with another great edit from BJ Productions on the same day. 

From his latest movie it’s safe to say that it looks as though Mussolini has quickly adapted to life on his new kit as he flies through monstrous backloops, whilst on the wave he throws countless perfect goiters and of course many of his trademark frontside 3s - including one monumental air 360.
