Team Tabou Expands

Effective immediately: Pozo local Dario Ojeda will join forces with the powerful Tabou Team.

Days before the start of the 2010 PWA wave tour kicks off, Tabou boards have snapped up local Pozo ripper, Dario Ojeda (Tabou, Simmer, DaKine, MFC). Dario is well known for his aggressive riding style both on and off the water. And, with two top 5 finishes over the last 3 years at the Pozo World Cups, Ojeda is a local hot shot that has the talent to take down the big guns on his home turf.

Ojeda commented:

"I'm really stoked to be riding Tabou boards for the 2010 competition season. So far I've found them to be great products that really help me to tear it up on the water.

I'm honoured to be in the same team as some of the world's most amazing wave sailors such as Thomas Traversa (Tabou, Gaastra), Alex Mussolini (Tabou, Vandal), Ross Williams (Tabou, Gaastra), Jamie Hancock (Tabou, Vandal), and of course Matt Pritchard (Tabou, Gaastra)!

I hope to put in a good performance this year at all of the PWA world tour events, and also just rip it up whenever I happen to be on the water around the globe!"

Matt Pritchard, Tabou team manager commented:

“I have seen Dario progress as a sailor for the last 10 years and he is a deadly force in his home waters of the Canary Islands – Watch for him to do some serious damage on the PWA tour!”
