Bruch On The Move

Tenerife’s king of airtime moves to entirely new sponsors for the 2009 season.

Hot off the press, it has just been announced that Danny Bruch (E-181) will be riding both new boards and sails for the forthcoming PWA season.

Renowned for slaying big waves and boosting mammoth airs, Danny joins the teams at French board manufacturer, Exocet and Australian sail producer, Severne Sails.

Commenting on his new gear, Danny said:

““The U-Surf and X-Wave boards are awesome; aggressive, easy and smooth- so I’m really looking forward to the next season with Exocet.”

“I am really stoked to be joining the Severne team, and to be working with such a talented designer as Ben Severne. He loves the innovation and the perfection of every single detail and his theories of sail dynamics produce great sails. I also have many ideas for radical new concepts. I love this sport and to have gear that pushes me to improve my skills gives me the inspiration I need to reach bigger and better goals.”

Severne are already talking up their new star signing, suggesting they may well have a new wave world champion on their team following the 2009 season.

We wish Danny the best of luck with his new sponsors, and competing on the 2009 PWA World Tour.
