The Hozza Goes XXL In SA

UK wave sailor Phil Horrocks ups the ante as he trains for 2009 in South Africa.

Ripping harder than ever, JP-Australia have this week released footage of UK ripper Phil Horrocks causing devastation along the South African coast over the winter.

As is common with the professional windsurfing fraternity, the vast majority of the PWA’s riders transplant themselves to warm and windy climes for the winter training period.

Escaping the UK winter, JP / NeilPryde rider Phil Horrocks joined a big chunk of the PWA’s wave fleet in the southern hemisphere’s wind and wave magnet of Cape Town.

If you’re curious to see exactly what professional windsurfers get up to on these semi-covert training missions, then check out this newly released footage from JP-Australia. It comes loaded with awesome moves, and a bone crunching insight into just how one might go about learning the illusive ‘push-forward’.

Take 5 and enjoy.

Phil Horrocks is sponsored by JP-Australia and NeilPryde.
