Eleazar Alonso Sanchez (Starboard, Severne) has uploaded a video with some nice footage of himself getting some great rides in Pozo. Check it out HERE. Having seen Pozo mainly in the summer during the PWA contests, with its nuking cross-onshore winds and small wind blown swell creating rocket air heaven, this clip makes it look like a completely different spot.
Eleazar comments on the day:
“This was one of my most memorable days at Pozo Izquierdo, it was absolutely incredible. With the wind coming more from the North and some powerful sets rolling through, we just had an awesome time riding. I don’t recall jumping once that day, which is very weird for Pozo! Unfortunately the conditions didn’t last that long, and it’s gone flat and windless once again, hopefully we’ll be able to get some more days like that one throughout the rest of the winter. Hope you’re enjoying the videos!”

He’s just uploaded some awesome jumping shots at Pozo – back to the norm - with the usual array of one-handed backies, stalled forwards, and pushloops.
