Plans Change

Unfortunate news from top PWA freestyler, Andre Paskowski...

Andre writes:

"Dear Friends,

Last week I sent you all some positive news. I was happy with my first
result, and was looking forward to all the upcoming events around Europe, and of course looking forward to an exciting trip with Chico and Edvan from the Windjeri Team.

Well, things changed!

At the beginning of this week I checked with my doctor to see if I was fully fit. All the different tests came to one shocking and unexpected result: I have cancer.

Luckily the cancer I have is the best one to heal so I will be back to 99% fitness, but it'll take a while. I will face an operation at the end of this week and chemo therapy after that.

I can't imagine how it'll be to sit in hospital throughout the whole summer reading all the news from around the world :-(

When I'm 100% fit again I will surly invest all my power to get back up there and be better next year! I will also invest some time during the endless hours in hospital to hopefully get a new movie project started!

All the best from Hamburg,
Andre"

From everyone here at the PWA, we wish you a full and speedy recovery Andre.
