A Kaleidoscope Of Colour

NeilPryde unveil their brand new 2011 sail collection.

The 2009 PWA constructors champions (sail brands), and current 2010 leaders have just released a new website dedicated to their 2011 sail range. For a glimpse of the future, head to www.neilpryde.com.

For the new season, NeilPryde have incorporated a new printing technique to their fresh looking designs, bringing a rainbow of colour back to the water whilst also supposedly increasing durability. To find out more about this new technology, click HERE.

They've also uploaded some awesome footage of their new sails in action on Maui's north shore. Watch the pros smacking the lip, and rotating round endless loops HERE.

The new site is packed full of features, with charts, descriptions, videos, and drawings all dedicated to helping you pick the correct product for your style of sailing. There's also a hilarious Team Pryde collage which has to be seen - i'm not sure we'll ever be able to take a certain world champion seriously ever again! Take a look HERE!

With one PWA world title already secured in the slalom discipline by the reigning world champion, Antoine Albeau (JP, NeilPryde), and a recent event win for team mate Micah Buzianis (JP, NeilPryde) in Turkey, the new sails have certainly already proved their worth.

The Pryde wave team of Philip Koster (Starboard, NeilPryde, Dakine), Kauli Seadi (JP, NeilPryde, MFC), Ricardo Campello (JP, NeilPryde, MFC), and Robby Swift (JP, NeilPryde) have got an exciting month ahead of them with the Kia Cold Hawaii in Klitmoller, and the Colgate World Cup in Sylt. We'll soon see if those new sails can help power them to victory…
