Ben Proffitt masters the art of repetition as he seeks to nail the goiter in SA.

It’s no secret that South Africa is arguably one of the best wave locations to head to when the Northern Hemisphere is plunged into the depths of winter, but when the pro’s claim they’re off ‘training' for the winter, you’ve got to wonder if training actually means a long holiday, or actually knuckling down and working on nailing moves more consistently.

We’re always keen to explode windsurfing myths, and with this sweet little clip from the Uk’s Ben Proffitt (Quatro / Simmer), we can safely say that his training is no holiday. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect, and we’d say he’s not far off.
