Storm Rider 2011

The 9th annual Storm Rider event goes off in Israel.

Previously a PWA qualifying event, and with aspirations to become a fully fledged PWA wave event, the annual Storm Rider competition has become synonymous with big waves and howling wind.

The 9th manifestation of the event was held in memory of Muli Gruber, at Israel’s Bat Galim beach. Organised by PWA slalom star Arnon Dagan (Tabou / Gaastra) and his brother, the event attracted a whole host of windsurfing talent, including the PWA’s Ross Williams (Tabou / Gaastra), who went on to win the event.

Arnon’s just given us the heads up about this 17 minute video edit of the event. Check it out for yourself, HERE.
