Spring Sessions

Mikey Clancy shows what he’s been up to this spring on the Emerald Isle.

As the northern hemisphere slowly comes out of hibernation from the winter, it’s nice to see some decent footage coming out the woodwork. This Thursday’s contribution comes courtesy of Irish wavesailor, Mikey Clancy (Starboard / Severne).

He says:

“Spring is a magical time in Ireland as everything is awakening, particularly after this baltic winter that has just passed. For a windsurfer it also means milder conditions coupled with the tail end of the winter storms, making it an ideal time to take to the waters to catch the last swell before the summer months come in. Spring in Ireland brings extremely variable weather conditions often bringing four seasons in one day. With any amount of hail wind rain and sunshine present at different interval in the day.”

Regardless of how many seasons the Irish are getting in one day, the conditions look pretty tidy to us. Judge for yourself HERE.
