USA-Style

Super-talented American freestyler Bryan Metcalf-Perez presents the world famous windsurfing spot the Gorge going off.

Oregon's Columbia River Gorge is known as one of the world’s premier windsurfing locations. It is particularly unique as the wind blows against the flow of the river meaning you can spend the whole day carving downwind and going for moves and still get pushed back to where you started. The swell can be anywhere from logo high to super-flat at the edges, perfect for big jumps and super-technical freestyle.

This video is bursting with action and features PWA freestyler and Gorge regular Bryan Metcalf-Perez (JP / NeilPryde / Dakine) destroying the unique conditions in full HD with monster backloops, technical freestyle and floaty shakas. In a previous interview Perez told us he prefers the freestyle events with a bit of jumping as it suits his style, we can see why now!

Check out the amazing action HERE.
