Road Trip

Supercharged Austrian slalom sailor Marco Lang presents his epic adventure to Klitmoller and Tenerife in preparation for the 2012 season.

Klitmoller is growing from strength to strength and firmly stamping its name on the map as a world-class windsurfing spot. The promise of an enormous storm was enough to lure Marco Lang (Fanatic / North) all the way up to Denmark and into its frothy waters.

After a few epic wipeouts Lang manages to conquer the beast, turning the violent conditions into his playground. Where he demonstrates he has the skill in the air as well as the racecourse.

The second half of Lang’s adventure sees him take to the slightly warmer coastline of El Medano in Tenerife. Where super-flat conditions and consistent breeze make it the perfect spot to practice for the up and coming PWA slalom season with his teammate Gunnar Asmussen (F2 / North).
