WEBER IN GERMANY

The Phantom and Fabian Weber

German sailor Fabian Weber (Fanatic / North / Maui Ultra Fins) had the chance to capture a maxed out freestyle session with the Phantom Flex high-speed camera, in Ammersee, Germany.

The clip is a quick preview of things to come, but Weber still delivers an excellent performance with switch konos, shakas and fully planing forward loops.

The real star of the show though is the aforementioned Phantom Flex high-speed camera, which is capable of capturing 3,000 frames-per-second in full HD. The results are astonishing, with some of the most detailed slow motion images you will see.

The really exciting part is that this was Fabian Weber and Sebastin Schöffel’s first time using the camera, and they have already promised a much longer movie in the future. Now that they know the capabilities of the camera and how to operate it to its maximum potential, we are already extremely excited about what the next clip holds in store for us.
