Markus Rydberg shows us some great action from his local spot in Sweden

The autumn of 2012 has been a windy one up to now for much of Europe, and that is certainly the case in Sweden where Markus Rydberg (Hot Sails Maui) has been out sailing as often as possible as he looks to continue to improve.

Rydberg, 22, made his debut on the PWA Wave Tour earlier this year at the PWA KIA Cold Hawaii World Cup, where he finished in joint twenty-fifth. Having made his dream come true of competing in his first PWA event, the young Swedish-man now has his sights firmly set on eventually breaking into the top fifteen in the world and beyond.

With a clear focus and the motivation to improve, combined with great conditions on his doorstep, Rydberg has plenty of potential to succeed on the world tour. His latest video shows that his level is continuing to improve as he lands one handed backloops, stalled forwards and also lands smooth takas to show off he wave riding repertoire.
