FERNANDEZ ON FORM

Check out Victor Fernandez ripping the beautiful waves of Maui to shreds

Whilst much of Europe is battling it out against the cold Victor Fernandez (Fanatic / North) has managed to escape the icy weather by heading to the windsurfing Mecca of Maui.

Fernandez, who finished the 2012 season as the vice-world champion for waves, is well known for his impeccable, fluid, style on port tack also demonstrates that he’s just as adept on starboard tack in his latest video.

The Spaniard busts out powerful, effortless top turns combined with aerials, goiters and takas as he takes full advantage of the world class conditions that Ho’okipa so often delivers. The video isn’t all riding focused though and Fernandez throws anything from old school one handed table tops to radical pushloops.
