Dennis Beach was taken over this morning by Nevin Sayre?s kids club, where 32 young wannabees were treated to a free lesson on Mistral Windgliders. In less than half an hour, Nevin had all the kids standing up and windsurfing, many for their first time ever and within an hour the whole fleet took part in a junior race up and down the beach. Nevin?s kids club continues on a tour across the United States throughout the summer.

Activities here on Dennis beach continued with light wind freestyle action from the Amateur and junior divisions. Although the wind was light, the spins, twists and flips attracted a huge crowd of spectators to the waters edge to watch the show.

The pros were also in action this afternoon and put on a light wind freestyle show for the audience. The likes of Robby Swift (JP, Neil Pryde), Tonky Frans (Gaastra, AHD), Andy Funnell (F2, Arrows) Jace Panebianco and Nick Warmuth (Gaastra, Starboard) all hit the water and despite almost zero winds still managed to put on a dazzling display of light wind trickery.

Tonight the Red Bull party will be going off at the Improper Bostonian with a buffet, huge raffle and a DJ rocking the house starting at 10 pm.

Tomorrow's forecast is more promising and it looks like we could be in for a thrilling climax to the weekend here in Cape Cod if conditions allow.
