IN PURSUIT OF THE WIND

Chasing the wind and waves in pursuit of their dreams

A summer of hard training in Pozo during the month of July paid off for the Polish duo, Przemek Krzycki (Tabou / MauiSails) and Nikodem Merlak (Tabou / MauiSails) as they scored fantastic wind and waves on all but four days of their trip. After a period of relentless training at both Pozo Izquierdo and Vargas, Krzycki and Merlak were rewarded with the opportunity to live their dream as they both made their debuts on the PWA World Tour at the PWA Cold Hawaii World Cup in September of last year.

The eighteen and twenty year old have now released their video of them training last July and the action is brilliant, as both sailors push each other to go bigger and bigger. The debutants land big backloops, which are captured perfectly on a GoPro to give a fantastic perspective of the move, as well as showing no fear as they throw themselves into double forwards.
