Arrianne Aukes (RRD / Simmer / Maui Ultra Fins) only made her debut on the PWA Freestyle World Tour three short years ago, when she competed at the 2010 Lanzarote PWA World Cup, but she has quickly established herself on the world stage and is now one of the most formidable figures on the women's PWA Freestyle World Tour.
In 2012 Aukes claimed her place on the prestigious podium for the first time in her career as she finished in third place. This year things got even better as she was crowned the PWA Freestyle Vice-World Champion. The Dutch lady is currently out in Brazil training hard for the upcoming season and has just released her latest video.
Filmed in various locations, spanning Europe, such as La Tajita, Tenerife, Sagres, Portugal, Sancti Petri, Cadiz, Costa Calma, Fuerteventura and Matas Blancas also in Fuerteventura, Aukes demonstrates her smooth stunts which earned her second place in the world, with only the seemingly unbeatable Sarah-Quita Offringa ( Starboard / Gaastra / Chris Benz / Mystic / Maui Ultra Fins) stopping her. The twenty-seven year old rotates her way through effortless flakas, powerful one-handed funnels and even perfectly executed and extremely technical bobs.
