MIKEY REMEMBERED

Mikey Clancy remembered on his birthday

Today would’ve marked the 24th birthday of Mikey Clancy, who tragically passed away at the tender age of 22 in January of 2013. He was the brightest emerging talent in Irish windsurfing with an extremely bright future ahead of him.

In the penultimate event of 2012, Clancy, showed the world his undoubted ability as he produced his finest performance on the PWA World Tour - joint 13th during the Cold Hawaii PWA World Cup.

As a mark of respect we take a look back at Clancy at his best - ripping up big waves in his homeland of Ireland. To see Clancy in ‘Sea For Yourself’ click here.
