SUPERB SWIFT

The wait is almost over and Robby Swift proves why he’s one of the contenders

Yesterday we released the title contenders for the opening wave event of the season, now Robby Swift (JP / NeilPryde / Mystic / Maui Ultra Fins) has just released his brand new video of him training in Pozo ahead of the event.

From the looks of this latest cut, Swift is most certainly ready for the start of the 2014 PWA Wave World Tour. Last year Swift missed the opening the opening two events due to a broken ankle, but this time around the Brit has had the perfect preparation and will be 100% fit for when the green flag goes up. In his latest masterpiece Swift rotates through radical double forwards, text-book pushloop forwards and seamless wave riding to send a warning signal to his rivals.

Swift’s summary:

“It was pretty tough for me breaking my ankle right before the PWA event here last year and having to sit out for the Canaries leg of the World Tour but thanks to a lot of support from my family and friends and sponsors, I was able to get back on the water reasonably quickly and I am so happy to be back here again loving the feeling of pushing myself in some great conditions here in Pozo. I hope you enjoy the video!”
