SUPER SCHEFFY

Join Davy Scheffers as he takes you on an explosive tour of the Bonaire mangroves

As many of you may remember Davy Scheffers (Tabou / GA Sails) suffered a broken hand just weeks before the Bonaire PWA World Cup in June. However, that didn’t stop the Dutch maestro from securing a place in the top ten, despite not being fully fit.

Scheffers spent much of the winter in the paradise of Bonaire preparing for the first event of the year and now he has released his latest video of his exerts in the mangroves - which offers clean, consistent winds and mirror flat water, creating the idyllic training ground for any freestyler.

In the freestyle wizards newest release, Scheffers rotates through stunning double culos, double air bobs and kabikuchi diablos, plus a whole lot more. Watch out for his incredible lazy susan too.

The twenty-two year old currently sits in tenth place overall in the PWA Freestyle World Rankings after following up his joint tenth place in Bonaire with an excellent ninth in Fuerteventura - his first top ten finish in Fuerte since 2011.

See if Scheffers can maintain his place in the world’s top ten when the freestylers meet again in Sylt between the 26th September to the 5th October.
