In the finals Josh Angulon beat Keith Teboul in pretty light conditions with head high waves. Josh was pulling off high aerials and good aggressive turns.

Motoko Sato beat Jenny Ellefson in the women’s final.

Kevin Pritchard beat Kauli Seadi for third place in the losers final.

The men’s double elimination is now starting with conditions at Hookipa changing; the surf is building and the wind is very easterly at between 10-15 knots.

The PWA Hawaii Pro – Presented By Severne Sails 12 p.m. Day 2

In the semi finals, Keith Teboul advanced over Kauli Seadi. Josh Angulo met with Kevin Pritchard and a split decision on the part of the judges gave the win to Josh.

In the women’s semi finals, Motoko Sato advanced over Jenny Ellefson.

The PWA Hawaii Pro – Presented By Severne Sails 10 a.m. Day 2

Light winds this morning at Hookipa, the surf has dropped since yesterday. Competition is due to start at 10:30 for both men and women, going straight into the semi finals, eliminating the top eight down to the top four and an eventual final.
