The 2006 Surf World Cup Neusiedler See – Day Two

Once more the wind has failed to play the game here on the beach of Austria’s Neusiedler See. However an originally dire forecast for tomorrow has slightly improved on the latest updates, giving hope for the morning to see action. Earlier today we saw the first round of the single elimination completed, until the wind cruelly sent the participants of Heat 17 out for several attempts, only to be continually postponed. Freezing winds have forced these pro’s to earn their money, by keeping them waiting in their wetsuits after dunkings in the icy waters here.
