Lucky Brazilian Kids get a kick start to their windsurfing life from their Champion and Idol Kauli Seadi (Quatro / Naish)

Kauli dropped us a line to give us an update on his great project back in Brazil, where he's selflessly giving the gift of windsurfing to local kids from his school supported by his sponsors and friends.

" Vida Vela" is gaining more and more momentum. We've just completed and conquered our first objective – to introduce the sport of windsurfing to 8 nice young kids, both boys and girls aged between 10 and 15 years old, along with lessons in nature preservation.

Shortly we’re starting with our second Group of young kids (Aged 14 to 19 years) from the local community of Ibiraquera.

I would personally like to thank Naish Sails, Quatro Boards and Mormaii wetsuits very much. They have all made the IKS possible to happen, and have allowed so many young kids able to now dream about windsurfing, and to go windsurfing!

This type of healthy activity gives then opportunity to think about and create their own futures with a wider chance of possibilities and a responsible approach to the world at large.

And, of course without our teachers, Lars and Fernanda, and organizers Claudia, Katia, Ricardo and Kayene, who are all voluntary employees, we would not have made this Project Happen. So, thank you all so much to make my dream and many other childrens dreams come true - what an excellent example of our big windsurfing family at work ...

Thanks for all and let's keep rolling!!!!
