Biography1st PWA event entered Kia Cold Hawaii World Cup, wave 2010
I started Windsurfing in 2003 and I was hooked. The only thing i could think of was going windsurfing. I finished my studies in 2005, and decided to go all in on windsurfing, with the ambition on one day to become good enough for sailing in the PWA. I went to Gran canaria in 2005 3 months in summer, after that I went to South Africa 3 months. In 2006 I went 5 months to South Africa again. I moved to Klitmøller in 2007, and lived there for 6 months, after that I went to South Africa again 3 months. I moved to South Africa for 6 months 2008 (not working only windsurfing). I was in Gran canaria 2 months the summer 2009, and i was watching the PWA World Cup. I decided next year I wanted to try my luck in the trials. After Gran Canaria I went 3 months to South Africa to train intensive to get ready. Then this year I went to Gran Canaria 1,5 months to sail in the trials, but as you know we did not have any wind:(. I dont really have any fancy results, because I spend all my time in traveling, and focusing in improve my windsurfing. Now i finally think i am good enough to start competing.
My ambitions and Dream are crystal clear, I want to train Hard and become a full time professional windsurfer and sail all the PWA wave events. I know its hard work but i am up for the challenge:). I hope to start my Dream this year in the next event PWA Cold Hawaii Denmark, and after that the PWA in sylt. If its not possible this year then I will try again next year in Gran Canaria and hope for some wind in the trials:).
