Biography1st PWA event entered Fuerteventura Freestyle 2013
I have been windsurfing since young and always had a passion for freestyle, I was inspired when my family and I went on a trip to Bonaire. I got to see the top level of freestyle first hand, watching Kiri, Tonky, Taty and all the other Bonaire locals. My first proper freestyle event was the 2010 IFCA Pro Kids on Bonaire where I placed 2nd behind Amado Vrieswijk in the Under 15 category. This is when I decided I wanted to push my level in freestyle and try and compete in more competitions. I then started to windsurf and compete more and more in the UK and met the other freestyler's from around England.
Results: 2015 PWA World tour 24th overall, 28th 2015 PWA Fuerte, 17th 2015 PWA Leucate freestyle cup, 25th 2014 PWA Fuerteventura world cup 2014, 3rd overall UK pro 2013, 2012 UK youth champion, 2nd freestyle U15 IFCA prokids 2010
Windsurfing Ambitions: My ambition is to keep enjoying the sport as much as I do for the rest of my life and to try and be able to travel and compete with windsurfing as my career . I now want to grow into the PWA tour and push my level as high as I can, the level is getting higher and higher every year and this motivates me to push myself to the top. Last year was my first year doing the full ‘circuit’ and I was happy with my performance finishing as top Brit. This year I have spent the winter preparing for 2016 on tour with bigger goals in mind.
