You can read the full story here . 16:15 The wind has backed right off a Jinha beach, a lot of the sailors are just chilling in their tents or playing around with different sail settings.  16:00 Not much change in the conditions, the atmosphere on the beach is very chilled today. 15:45 A few of the sailors are out and planing intermittently but it's not possible to race in this wind. The temperature has also dropped a lot since the morning with the increasing cloud cover.
