Thanks for tuning in today and congrats to the winners. 16:35 Results of SUP Competition - 1st Dany Bruch 2nd Sebastian Kornum 3rd Dario Ojeda 4th Moritz Mauch. 16:17 Mauch with a small waves which he makes a couple of snaps on. Bruch with another good wave, with some aggressive cutbacks. Kornum with a good frontside hack but that's it. Ojeda with a nice carving turn. Mauch with one nice hack. Kornum hits the lip and launches into an aerial - nice way to finish the heat. 16:12 Kornum with two frontside hits before unleashing a powerful frontside slash on his final turn - 5.125 points - highest wave score of the heat so far. Bruch with a good frontside hack but that's it on that wave after going down. Ojeda works a good wave all the way to the inside. Bruch also puts together a nice wave which includes a nice float over the section - 5.875 points.. 16:07 Ojeda opens with three solid turns - 4.875 points. Bruch links a few turns before falling.  16:02 Final is now sailing - Mauch vs Kornum vs Bruch vs Ojeda 15:59 The final of the SUP contest is now in countdown sequence.  15:45 The final will see Mauch, Kornum, Bruch and Ojeda competing. 15:44 Results semifinal 2 - Bruch and Ojeda advance. 15:43 Few nice carving turns from Bruch to end the heat. There will now be a break for one heat before the final. 15:38 Really nice quick, smooth frontside turn over the breaking section. Brand with a nice sized wave but he stacks it on his bottom turn. Bruch currently leads the heat with 6.5 points for a single wave so far. 15:33 Ojeda picks up his first wave of the heat right on the buzzer. Bruch with a nice opening wave, just falling on his last turn, but very smooth. Storm finds a good wave but doesn't make the take off. Results Semifinal 1 - Mauch and Kornum advance into the final.  15:28 Semifinal 2 is now sailing - Bruch vs Storm vs Ojeda vs Brand 15:26 Kornumm picks up another wave but goes down on his second turn. Steinfaht with a big wave and he make a sick float over the whitewater with a couple of other snaps. Mauch goes the other way on the same wave and also links several nice turns. Mauch and Kornum on the same wave, but both end their rides after one or two turns. Nice aggressive top turn from Browne. Steinfath makes one nice snap. Mauch with a really good wave milking it all the way to the inside. 15:16 Browne with a strong opening wave as he links several nice snaps. Kornum with a nice wave again with powerful turns. Mauch with two nice frontside hits and one backside on the whitewater. Kornum makes 3 good frontside hacks whilst keeping really good speed on the wave.  15:11 The first semifinal is now sailing - Kornum vs Mauch vs Steinfaht vs Browne 15:09 Ojeda wins the heat followed by Brand. 15:09 Looks as though Brand and Ojeda will advance into the semifinals in this one. 15:04 Gobisch links a long ride together but not really connecting any turns together so only receives - 2.5 points. Brand with another couple of turns.  14:54 Heat 4 is now sailing - Heat 4: Dario Ojeda vs Christian Justesen vs Christian Brand vs Christian Anderesen vs Lars Gobisch Results Heat 3 - Bruch and Storm advance 14:52 Bruch delivers a frontside smacks and the carves back into the whitewater -3.375 points. Fernandez with a nice backside slash but he can't quite hold it as it he falls.  14:47 Quiet five minutes in this heat with another five minutes to go. 14:42 Fernandez milks a wave to the inside. Bruch really working a wave with several snappy cut backs - 6.25 points to move into a good lead. Campello picks up a nice sized wave a makes a few backside smacks, one in particular was really nice - 4.5 points.  14:37 Heat 3 is now sailing - Dany Bruch vs Ricardo Campello vs Robert Storm vs Oliver Harthopp vs Victor Fernandez Results Heat 2 - Steinfaht and Browne advance 14:35 Steinfaht picks up a big set wave out the back, but goes down after trying to smack the lip.   14:30 Browne with a really nice hit off the lip - 4.8 points. Petersen goes down on his wave. Steinfaht with a powerful backside smack - 4.5 points.  14:25 Browne opens with a couple of fluid turns and then continues on the reform - 5.375 points. Petersen links together four decent turns - 4.5 points. Steinfaht with the best wave of the heat so far - 6.875 points.  14:20 Heat 2 is now sailing - Peter Steinfaht vs Lars Petersen vs Marcilio Browne vs Markus Rydberg vs Antoine Martin 14:19 Results Heat 1 - Kornum and Mauch advance 14:18 Kornum with another nice wave selection, nice carving but he falls on his top turn. Swift finds a nice set but it only amounts to a smooth bottom turn.  14:13 Voget goes frontside but doesn't quite complete his turn. Kornum with really nice style on the wave again hitting the lip. Voget selects a good wave but then goes down on his frontside hack.  14:08 Kornum with a brilliant opening wave with 3 good frontside hits - 6.75 points. Holler opens with one front and one backside turn - not matching Holler's first wave though.
