AP Flag is up for the time being. 16:31 The heat has been cancelled due to a drop in the wind - Dagan won't be pleased as he had a big lead at the front. 16:29 - Heat 9 is now sailing - Costa Hoevel with the best start in the first quarterfinal. Dagan leads at the first then Allen, Costa Hoevel and then it's a slow exit for the remaining sailors. Maynard and Quentel battle on the exit, but Quentel just gets the upper hand for fourth. 16:29 Results Heat 8 - 1st Albeau 2nd Toselli 3rd Williams 4th Kiani. 16:28 Albeau goes past Toselli on the final straight after pumping out the gybe. 16:27 Toselli has opened up good lead by the second followed by Albeau, Kiani and Williams, who all look safe like the last heat. 16:24 Heat 8 is now sailing - Pare with a good start. Diaz misses out. Menegatti had to slow right down as he wasn't 100% sure which side of the finish buoy to cross the line.
