Pressure continues to build with only light breezes to take the heat off waiting competitors and weather forecasters unsure as to the final day’s possibilities.

Tantalizing winds force Maynard and Fauster to sweat it out on the beach as temperatures soar both on and off the water in the pressure cooker of PWA Slalom 42!

Maynard clings on at the top with Albeau snapping at his heels after a frustrating day of variable winds. Jaggi finds her form but it is Fauster who performs consistently to take the event lead in the women’s division.

Maynard wins two out of two, throwing down gauntlet to Albeau who struggles to keep up. Meanwhile confusion reigns in the women’s fleet as bad luck and avoidable errors plague the top girls.
