Windsurf Beauties

Pro windsurfer, Olga Raskina, and her friends have been helping the girls improve their technique.

Over in Dahab, top PWA female freestyler Olga Raskina (JP, NeilPryde, MFC) and her friend Sveta Martynova, recently organised the first ever Russian women’s windsurfing camp, which was suitably named ‘Windsurf Beauties’.

We’re told it was a huge success and that they’re intending on holding another camp during the spring of next year. Over 30 women flew into Egypt from all over Russia and Ukraine in order to learn from these highly skilled women. If you’re interested in taking part in the next camp, which will be held in both English and Russian then feel free to email the girls at windsurf.beauties@gmail.com.

If you’d like to know what the camp was all about, you can follow this link HERE to watch the video. There’s a bit of Raskina showing us watch she’s capable of, and another section to give you an idea of what happens when a group of 30 young women get together on a ‘Windsurf Beauties’ camp!

If that’s got you interested and wanting more, why not check out their blog by following this link HERE. Currently it’s only available in Russian, but Raskina assures us that it’ll soon be translated into English.
