On either the fifth or sixth of October the 2012 Windsurfing Film Festival will be held at 8pm at the cinema in Westerland. The specific date will be chosen at the event site, so as not to clash with any tow in or night sessions, which are taking place.

If you are not content with just watching the fantastic movies, and you think you have a film which has to be shown to the rest of the windsurfing world, then there are still one or two spots left. All you need to do is send an email to info@andrepaskowski.de, your film should be approximately five minutes long and be available in HD. Your film can be about any windsurfing discipline, from here Andre and the team will decide, which film they feel deserves to be shown to hundreds of the finest windsurfing pros, film makers and of course the fans.

The current line up consists of Thomas Traversa (Tabou / Gaastra)- Klitmoller, Robby Swift (JP / NeilPryde / Mystic / Maui Ultra Fins) and Polakow - Chile, Klaas Voget (Fanatic / Simmer / MFC) and Victor Fernandez (Fanatic / North) - Chile, Don’t Let Go Preview - Marroko, Marcilio Browne (Goya Windsurfing / MFC) - Mixed Locations and Minds Wide Open - Extras indo.

The 2012 Windsurfing Film Festival will also see the World Premieres of the eagerly anticipated Magic Moments and Rewarded, which features the four times freestyle world champion Jose “Gollito” Estredo (Fanatic / North) and is produced by Andre Paskowski.

The estimated duration of the event is expected to be between 60-80 minutes of mind blowing imagery. Make sure you don’t miss out by heading over to the Fanatic Tent, at the PWA World Cup Sylt event site, and purchase your ticket(s) before they sell out.
