BLISSFUL TAHITI

A taste of Tahitian paradise with the reigning world champion Antoine Albeau and Julien Quentel

Tahiti is the largest island in the windward group of French Polynesia located in the South Pacific. With it’s tropical climate, stunning scenery and crystal clear aquamarine waters Tahiti is a true paradise. Combine this with world class waves, deserted white sand beaches and reliable trade winds and you’ll quickly start to understand why this was the chosen destination for the reigning PWA Slalom World Champion Antoine Albeau (RRD / NeilPryde) and his fellow compatriot Julien Quentel (RRD / NeilPryde) to visit for their winter training.

The French duo - who both made strong starts to the season at the PWA Ulsan World Cup, finishing second and fifth respectively - have now released their stunning new movie, which not only focuses on the idyllic windsurfing conditions, but also gives and overview of their lifestyle and the truly relaxed vibe of this special island and it’s people. Join them for thirteen minutes of fantastic windsurfing, surfing, standup paddle boarding and even a spot of fishing as they take you to various spots, which all highlight the beauty of Tahiti.

You’ll be able to see both Albeau and Quentel battling it out on the PWA race course when the slalom fleet returns to action on June 11th in Costa Brava.
