Last year Kauli Seadi (JP / Hot Sails Maui / MFC) ended his association with NeilPryde and headed onto pastures new with Hot Sails Maui. Seadi, who has three PWA Wave World title to his name, and the development team at Hot Sails Maui wasted little time on developing a brand new sail for their new star signing - the KS3 - which is a radical 3-batten wave sail.
Seadi returned to the competition scene this October, during the JP Aloha Classic and he showed everyone in the world that he is still one of the best wave riders in the world as he finished second in the single elimination, before finishing third overall. The Brazilian showed his unique fluid style on the wave combined with the latest aerial antics to blitz his way through the field on his new KS3 and JP Quad.
Before the contest began Seadi headed out to Maui a few days early, cutting his Brazilian adventure on hold, to make sure he was fully in tune with the conditions. Now Hot Sails Maui have just released a brilliant new video of Seadi shredding Ho’okipa to pieces as he shows he’s at perfect harmony with his new equipment.
