Behind the success of a racing sail, there is the hard work of a team. A team who trains hard on land, and on the water. Who is motivated to test and rig for hours in one day. To travel around the world to test equipment in different conditions. To test in between racing to have the correct feeling at the right time. A team who is thirsty to prove themselves, and the gear they have worked to bring them to the podium. This is the AC-1 zero16 and its Black Team.

This year’s Point-7 Team will be spearheaded by their latest acquisition Matteo Iachino (Starboard / Point-7), who finished 3rd last year, alongside names such as Gonzalo Costa Hoevel (Starboard / Point-7), Head Honcho Andrea Cucchi (Starboard / Point-7), Bruno Martini (RRD / Point-7), Kurosh Kiani (Starboard / Point-7) and Esther de Geus (99NoveNove / Point-7) and Lena Erdil (Patrik / Point-7 / Mystic / AL360), who bring girl power to the dark side of windsurfing.
