Matteo Iachino (Starboard / Point-7) was heavily involved in last year’s slalom world title race with the Italian leading the battle heading into the final event of the year in New Caledonia. Ultimately though, Iachino, had to settle for 3rd place overall, which still represents his best result to date so far and at just 26 years old you would think a world title lies in wake at some point in his career.

Iachino, like many of the world’s top racers has spent plenty of time in El Medano, Tenerife, training for the upcoming season, which kicks off in Ulsan, South Korea, between the 19th-24th May, and now he has released a short video previewing how his training has gone so far.
