Extreme Slalom Training - 40 knots, Choppy Waters and Some of the World’s Top Racers Battling it Out

With the start of the 2018 PWA Slalom World Tour now over a month away the world’s fastest sailors continue to train flat out in order to be ready for the first green flag of the season.

However, recently in Tenerife the conditions have been on the extreme side with 40 knot winds and extremely tricky waters testing the mettle of sailors such as Matteo Iachino (Starboard / Severne / Shamal Sunglasses), Enrico Marotti (RRD / NeilPryde) and Maciek Rutkowski (99NoveNove / Challenger Sails).
