Two for F2
Set to champion the revolutionary CYB graphics project, Julien ‘Wesh Wesh’ Taboulet is the perfect ambassador for the youth culture and underground image he represents with his unique and unmistakeable, style.
Mnsr Taboulet also had a fresh change of sail sponsor and is now a key part of the Naish set up, meaning France’s favorite surf punk will be influencing the way equipment performs and looks with more attitude than ever before – a move that will doubtlessly reward those with enough foresight to support the younger generations.
27 yr-old Julien spoke excitedly as this radical new period for him kicks off ‘Pushing for the young generation, in their way, because they are the future, is everything to me. Windsurfing is radical and extreme, maybe even more than skating, snowboarding, wakeboarding and surfing. I will always push for that!’
Another select signing means Tenerife-based Daniel Bruch completes his preparations for a big impact on the wave scene in 2007. Daniel, originally from Germany, has lived in the Canary Islands for a lot of his life, and after earlier attempts on the PWA tour now has the full backing of a big player to show what he’s capable of.
After turning many heads last year, El Medano’s most radical ripper, and former Spanish Champion, is over the moon about the news! ‘I’ve never had the chance to go for it 100% in the past, but now I've made my way and I think I've got the right skills and ability to be up there at the top of the sport. - F2 is and has always been a massive brand, and a massive part of Windsurfing itself. So, to be in the F2 Team means more than just being sponsored. My goal for 2007 is make the top 10 of the wave tour and to reward my sponsors for their faith in me’
