Per smiling as all will remember him

04/11/2007 - created by Brian McDowell

Per Andersson RIP

One of windsurfing’s greatest friends has sadly passed away. Per Andersson rose to become the backbone of the Starboard and Severne development programmes in a unique and modest style.

Per, an important character for Starboard and Severne, former PWA competitor, and a great windsurfer, was lost over the Easter weekend in Thailand.

There are some important words from Per’s close friends and colleagues at Severne, and the chance to offer your own words of condolence at their website. Chris Pressler from Continentseven also has some great memories of Per which he speaks of in his Blog.

The thoughts of the entire PWA family are with his family and loved ones. May he rest in peace and be remembered for what he did best.
