Takuma Sugi (Tabou / GA Sails / Black Project Fins) had an extremely busy summer as not only did 23-year-old compete at every event in the Canaries - Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Tenerife - he also competed in every single discipline - Wave, Freestyle and Slalom X. The Japanese finished the Slalom X season ranked 18th overall, while he is currently ranked 13th on the Freestyle World Tour and 20th on the Wave World Tour.
