Jomilson De Souza
Biography1st PWA event entered Fuerteventura Freestyle 2018
I tried windsurfing for the first time in 2007 and directly knew that this would be my sport. In the beginning it was not easy at all to get equipment and where I come from in Camocim, Brazil, there was no one around having windsurfing gear. We had to build our own boards out of aluminium, used bamboo masts and fisher boat sails. It was very challenging but I kept working hard until I finally got my first sponsored board in 2013. My passion for the sport grew day by day. I kept training hard and competed in many Brazilian contests over these years. I now hope to make my debut on the PWA tour this year.
