Unfortunately it's not good news for Sarah-Quita Offringa (Starboard / NeilPryde / Maui Ultra Fins) fans with the Aruban being forced to withdraw from the Citroën Windsurf World Cup Sylt at the last minute.
Sarah-Quita Offringa told us: "I hurt my foot last weekend and still can’t put pressure on my foot! I did a CT and for now the doctor said he wasn’t too concerned but next week will do a weighted X-Ray to check the Lisfranc area!
Based on the doctor’s reaction and the pain I’ve felt I’m hoping it’s a mild version of that injury and that I can sail again before Maui and Chile. But for now I can’t attend Sylt..
