2024 Cold Hawaii PWA Youth World Cup
IMPORTANT - Wave will run from 16 - 22 September, Slalom will run from 20 - 25 September
This is to ensure competitors can compete at the preceeding IFCA youth event. We fully support the IFCA event at the Waterz festical at Hvide Sande, and do not want to compromise that event or prevent competitors from taking part in both of these excellent events, as well as being able to compete in both wave and slalom at Klitmoller.

Cold Hawaii is not a single surfing spot, but 31 registered surfing spots that are all located on the west coast of Thisted Municipality. North Cold Hawaii is bounded by Viksoe Rallejer and the Hanstholm coastal slope, and in the south by the Agger Tongue. The netIP Cold Hawaii PWA World Cup is held at The Reef, located in Klitmøller—better known as the capital of Cold Hawaii. Klitmøller and Cold Hawaii is part of Thy National Park. The characteristic and unspoiled dune heaths have been created by the sea, the wind, the salt and the sand. Large plantations and some of Denmark´s cleanest lakes complete the picture of Denmark's largest wilderness. A perfect place for plants, birds, animals and humans who enjoy a lot of space, high skies and lots of fresh air. The extent of the dune heaths in Thy National Park, you will only find at few other places in Europe. The nomination to status of a national park guarantees the protection and preservation of the dunes and the dune heaths for the future.

Are you ready for the ultimate windsurfing adventure? Do you want to have a blast with your friends and some of the coolest junior windsurfers in the world? Do you want to experience the awesome waves and scenery of Cold Hawaii? Then don’t miss the PWA / IWT Cold Hawaii Youth World tour final in Klitmøller, Denmark!
This event is the grand finale of the 2023 World Tour, and the last one of the year. It will take place from October 14th to October 20th, with a maximum of 5 sailing days. You will have the chance to show off your skills and talent in front of a jury and a cheering crowd. You will also have the opportunity to learn from the pros, enjoy the local culture and have fun with your fellow windsurfers.
The Cold Hawaii Youth World tour final is open for boys and girls under 20 years old in the class of windsurfing wave sailing. You can register online or on site, but hurry up because the spots are limited. The event will be held at Surfklubben NASA in Klitmøller, one of the best windsurf spots in Europe.
