Robby Swift scores a perfect trip down ‘Memory Lanes’

Sometimes the waiting game pays off and in this instance, for Robby Swift (JP / NeilPryde / Mystic / Maui Ultra Fins / SWOX), that is most definitely true. The Brit, who spends much of his winter on the windsurfing Mecca of Maui had been waiting all day for the wind to ease and luckily for him that’s exactly what happened - resulting in him scoring a late evening session at Lanes, almost to himself.

Swift has had to recover from a spate of injuries in the past few years, but 2014 saw him have a clean bill of health, which enabled him to achieve his first ever PWA Wave Podium finish in Denmark, whilst going on to finish sixth overall for the year.
