Carlos Kiefer Quintana (Duotone / Duotone Sails) instantly caught the eye when making his debut on the Youth PWA Wave World Tour and since then he has continued to go from strength to strength, which has culminated in the young German becoming the 2023 U17 Youth Wave World Champion after another powerful display in Cold Hawaii, Denmark, in October.
