Biography

2008: In the summer of 2008 one of my friends introduced me to the sport, and I got hooked right away!
2009: In 2009 I began practicing freestyle as all of my friends did it, and the conditions are great for it at our home spot.
2010: I entered my first competition in 2010, and gained a lot of competition experience. At the same time I participated in establishing a windsurf club with my good friends.
2011: Went on my first windsurf trip, 1 month to Pozo. Instructor at the Young Gun Classic in Klitmoeller. Got 3rd in the first junior freestyle competition of the year, and the next competition this year was the Danish Championship where i got 3rd in junior freestyle and 2nd in junior wave.
2012: Went 1 month to Fuerteventura at Sotavento to train freestyle. Came 4th in the senior Danish Championship in freestyle.
2014: I changed sponsors, and signed up with Sailloft and Patrik. I have also been instructing for 10 weeks in WestWind Hvide Sande Nord, and love working with windsurfing and windsurf school. Going 2 month to Brazil in the end of October.

Windsurfing ambitions: Windsurfing has always been something I do because I love it and have from the first day I tried it. There's nothing like a windsurf session with your friends, you push each other on a whole other way. But what I also find extremely motivating is the fact to do good in competitions, and to set up goals for yourself. Therefore one of my biggest dreams are to participate in the whole PWA tour, because it would push me, and have been pushing me to keep improving every time I'm on the water, therefore I also feel ready to enter my first PWA event! One of my other big ambitions is to promote the sport in Denmark, and help people getting the same pleasure and fun on the water as me, that's why we established the windsurf club and got almost 50 new windsurfers, and why I have chosen to work a whole summer as an instructor, as it gives the best feeling to see people smile and enjoy the sport.
