Nicolas Akgazciyan clocking up some serious air miles in Pozo Izquierdo

It seems like many of the world’s best wave and freestyle sailors are already congregating in Pozo Izquierdo, Gran Canaria, to train and prepare for the first PWA Wave event of the year - the Gran Canaria Wind & Waves Festival - which kicks off on the 9th July.

Pozo is world renowned for it’s howling winds and steep stunt ramps, which has earned it the reputation of being one of the best jumping spots in the world as it consistently produces perfect conditions for the world’s most radical sailors to do what they do best… go MASSIVE.

Nicolas Akgazciyan (99NoveNove / Challenger Sails / Maui Ultra Fins) is just one of those sailors there at the moment and the Frenchman has just dropped a new short edit titled ‘Magic Pozo’, which sees him clocking up some serious air miles with massive stalled forwards and tweaked pushloops.
