When it comes to talented youngsters on the windsurfing scene they don’t come much bigger or more talented than 14-year-old Carlos Kiefer-Quintana (Fanatic / Duotone / SWOX), who is already landing double forwards - trying to follow in the footsteps of his hero - Philip Köster (Severne / Severne Sails / Black Project Fins).
