Tarifa has rightly earned itself the reputation of being one of the best places in Europe to windsurf with impressive wind stats year round. 2019 Freestyle PWA World Champion - Yentel Caers (JP / NeilPryde) - started his year by heading to Tarifa and it duly delivered the conditions, whilst the Belgian provided the explosive moves!
